Recipes developed with Rachel Green


Award-winning chef Rachel Green is delighted to be working with Oleifera and her association gave her the opportunity to devise a variety of recipes specifically for Oleifera.

Rachel has managed to demonstrate the versatility of the oil in her recipes for stir-fry, salad dressings, marinades and baking. The oil is also used to produce the crispiest roast potatoes, perfect for Christmas Day and beyond.

Oleifera plays an important role in Rachel's cookery demonstrations and she is keen to divulge the health options when cooking with Oleifera - keep an eye on the website for demonstrations in 2011.

Her recent demonstrations at the Tastes of Lincolnshire Christmas Food and Drink Fair saw a surge of visitors to the Oleifera stand, all eager to taste and hear the benefits of this fabulous product.
