    Oleifera featuring on Channel 4 Cookery School

    Some months ago we were asked if we could supply some bottles of our fabulous oil for a forthcoming Television programme called Cookery School. The daily cookery competition turns ordinary cooks into great chefs, as Michelin-starred Richard Corrigan and cookery mentor Gizzi Erskine reveal the secrets of the pros. 

    Britain has lost the art of cooking - Cookery School is going to change that. In this daily cookery competition, Richard Corrigan and Gizzi Erskine teach people from basic to advanced levels - the secrets of great cooking. From soufflés to sauces, spatchcocking to spun sugar, every 'cheffy' secret is revealed as, each week, six home-cooks from around the country are pushed to make the perfect dish while battling to win a place in the finals. The pupils have to master three mouth-watering recipes. Those who don't make the grade are sent home.

    Oleifera in The Larder

    Oleifera has featured in the second edition of The Larder - The guide to Scotland's food and drink, which can be purchased from The Larder's website.

    Oleifera cold pressed rapeseed oil was selected as a product to be included in the 'Yellow Fever' feature of this particular edition which was published at the start of the Scottish Food and Drink fortnight. To see the feature, click here.

    The team are pleased to announce the Oleifera bottling plant has passed its SALSA audit once again with flying colours!

    SALSA is the Safe And Local Supplier Approval scheme and is supported by the BRC, the food and drink association and the NFU.

    Being a part of this approval scheme helps local and regional producers like us supply our products to national and regional buyers and is something we are very proud to be a part of.

    Oleifera has featured in August editions of both Women's Fitness and Cook Vegetarian!

    Women's Fitness featured Oleifera as a top product and focused on the health benefits that come from the high levels of omega-3, vitamin D & E and just 6% saturated fat that Oleifera contains. To see the feature, click here.

    Oleifera at The CLA Gamefair, Warwickshire

    What a great weekend at the CLA Gamefair, the stand and demonstrations were fantastic with lots of people trying and buying Oleifera. Rachel’s demonstrations were fantastic and we are delighted we got a chance to taste some of the fabulous food Rachel made, from dishes with Game, to cakes to dressings, the weekend saw Rachel producing some culinary delights using Oleifera.

    Rachel popped along to the stand for signings and answered questions from aspiring cooks and chef’s alike.

    We are delighted that we have a winner a day from the event that will each receive a year’s supply of Oleifera! Thanks to all visitors to the stand, it was great to meet, thanks also to those who entered the competition, we will announce the winners very soon! We will also be in touch with all of those who left their details to get our newsletter we’ll be offering the latest news, recipes and offers…..
